Terms & Conditions — imajbet Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between imajbet ("the Platform") and any individual ("Member") who accesses, registers upon, or otherwise makes use of any service, product, or feature offered through the imajbet website.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on imajbet, or by using any portion of the platform's services — including browsing game content, accessing sports betting markets, or making a deposit — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in full.

This Agreement applies in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion conditions, privacy policy provisions, and responsible gaming guidelines published on the imajbet platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

imajbet operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All contractual communications, including notifications of material changes to this Agreement, will be delivered in English via the registered email address associated with a Member's account.

If you access imajbet on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. However, please note that imajbet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable — corporate or group accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Membership and use of the imajbet platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18, regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction you may be accessing the platform from.
• You are accessing imajbet on a strictly personal, non-professional basis for your own recreational entertainment.
• You are acting as principal and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active imajbet account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order or account closure on imajbet for reasons of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not making any wagering decision under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

imajbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that their use of imajbet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform. imajbet makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services offered by imajbet — including placing bets, depositing funds, and participating in the VIP loyalty program — you must register a Member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

You must not register using a false identity, a pseudonym, or details belonging to any other person. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles imajbet to terminate your account without notice and to forfeit any balance held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your imajbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other individual to access your account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

imajbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature requires a one-time SMS code at each login, providing an additional layer of security beyond your password. You may enable 2FA from within your account security settings at any time.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

imajbet conducts KYC identity verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. KYC verification requires the submission of a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). KYC documents may be submitted via the secure upload portal in your account settings.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. imajbet aims to review KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively, before submitting their first withdrawal request, to avoid delays.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Member is permitted to hold exactly one active account on imajbet at any given time. If imajbet detects that a Member holds or has held more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel all associated bonuses, and in cases of deliberate abuse, forfeit the balance held in those accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

imajbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). imajbet does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.

Payment methods must be registered in the Member's own legal name. imajbet will not process a withdrawal to a payment account that does not match the name on the Member's imajbet account. Attempting to use a third-party payment method is a breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount on imajbet is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Members, though limits may differ at specific VIP tiers as part of personalised account management. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the Member's account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount on imajbet is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Silver VIP: Standard processing — 15 to 30 minutes via bKash or Nagad.
• Gold VIP: Enhanced processing — under 15 minutes via bKash or Nagad.
• Platinum VIP: Priority processing — under 5 minutes, available 24/7.

Processing times stated above are targets under normal operating conditions. During periods of exceptionally high transaction volume — such as peak BPL match evenings or Eid holiday periods — processing times may extend modestly beyond these targets. imajbet will communicate any such delays via in-platform notifications.

4.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

Once a deposit has been credited to a Member's imajbet account, it is considered accepted and is generally non-refundable except in cases of technical error or documented fraud. Members must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank or mobile financial service provider without first exhausting the imajbet support process. Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

imajbet offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered.

In cases of conflict between the general terms in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility & Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of the resulting winnings is permitted.

imajbet reserves the right to decline a bonus application or to cancel bonus funds that have been credited where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or providing false information during registration.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Cashback

The imajbet VIP loyalty program operates on a three-tier structure — Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Gold Members receive 5% weekly cashback on net losses, credited every Monday in BDT. Platinum Members receive 10% monthly cashback on net losses. Cashback credited under the VIP program is withdrawable without a minimum playthrough requirement at Gold and Platinum tiers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically without compensation. imajbet will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any impending bonus expiry where technically practicable.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on imajbet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. imajbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed after the relevant event has commenced (for pre-match markets); the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations affecting the relevant event.

6.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human input mistake — imajbet reserves the right to void the relevant bet or series of bets and return the stake to the Member's account. imajbet will notify affected Members promptly and will not seek to reclaim winnings already withdrawn unless the error was deliberately exploited by the Member.

6.3 In-Play Betting

imajbet offers live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other selected sports. In-play odds are updated in real time. Bets placed during a recognised delay in the data feed — whether caused by broadcast latency, network issues, or any other technical factor — may be voided at imajbet's discretion if the outcome of the relevant in-play market was already determined at the time the bet was accepted.

6.4 Casino & RNG Games

All casino games and RNG (Random Number Generator) titles on the imajbet platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio within the game interface. imajbet does not modify game mathematics, paytables, or RNG outcomes.

6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — any incomplete rounds or unsettled bets at the time of the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. imajbet's technical team works to resolve malfunctions as quickly as possible. The Platform will not be held liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the imajbet platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or otherwise obtaining access to the platform through deceptive means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes in card games, tournaments, or any competitive format offered on the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematically structuring bets to meet wagering requirements with near-zero risk, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, predictive software, odds-scraping tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the imajbet platform in a manner not available to the general user population.
• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any scheme intended to compromise the integrity of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using imajbet as a vehicle to launder funds derived from illegal activity. imajbet is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward imajbet support staff or other Members through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any Member may request the voluntary closure of their imajbet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@imajbet. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in the account — net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be disbursed to the Member's verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of their choosing, from a minimum of 24 hours to a permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period, regardless of any subsequent request by the Member to reactivate the account. This is an intentional feature designed to provide a genuine safety barrier during vulnerable periods.

8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

imajbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). imajbet will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member by email before applying a dormant account administration fee. The fee, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imajbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagering opportunity. imajbet's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits imajbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and imajbet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the imajbet support team. Members are encouraged to submit any formal complaint in writing to support@imajbet. imajbet aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.
